Objective:To investigate the characteristic of Stroop Color-word Association Test(CWT) and event-related potential P300 in patients with depression disorder(DD), anxiety disorder(AD) and obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD), and to explore the assessment value of the CWT and P300 test for the recognition function of the patients. Methods:Atotal of 123 patients with depression,121patients with anxiety and 68 patients with obsessive compulsive disorder who met the ICD-10.and 110 normal controls were enrolled in the study. The CWT and event-related potential P300 Brain Master instrument. Results:(1) CWT results:The application time and accurate reading in A, B and C part of CWT patient group and control group showed no statistically significant differences (P>0.05), but showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05) in D part. (2) ERP results: There were significant difference in DD、AD、OCD group and normal group, latency of N1、P2、N2、P3 were prolonged and amplitudes of target P3, non-target P2 were shortened(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in latency of P3 in DD and OCD group(P>0.05). There were significant difference in others group(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in latency of P3、N1 in AD and OCD group(P>0.05). There were significant difference in others group(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in latency of P3 in DD and AD group(P>0.05). There were significant difference in others group(P<0.05). Conclusion:CWT and ERP have assessment value of recognition function in patients with DD、AD、OCD, and also can be conducive to early detection of cognitive impairment of the patients, and also have some clinical application in diagnosis.
