Objective:To explore curative effects of different treatment methods for cervical cancer in stage II b. Methods:We searched CNKI,Wan-fang medical network, VIP database, pubmed, OVID, The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (Central) and The Cochrane library. The retrieval time from Jan 2001 to Dec 2014.The Meta-analyses were performed by using RevMan5.3 software.Results:a total of 15 trials are involved. The 14 article of retrospective cohort,1 were randomized control study.The results of meta-analysis showed that:①Comparing the comprehensive treatment based on operation with radiotherapy, the former was better than the latter, survival rate of 1 year,3 years and 5 years survival rate were higher than that of radiotherapy group (P<0.05);② Comparing the comprehensive treatment based on operation with chemoradiotherapy phase, There was no statistical difference in 3 year survival rate and 3 year disease-free survival compared with (P>0.05) but the 5 year survival rate and 5 year tumor free survival rate was higher than the latter, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ③ The curative effects of Concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy are equivalent.There was no statistical difference between two treatment methods in survival rate of 1 year,3 years and 5 years (P>0.05).Conclusion:In the comprehensive preoperative evaluation In order to improve the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer, the comprehensive treatment based on operation in patients with stage Ⅱb is a desirable therapeutic measures.
