BackgroundCerebrovascular disease is recognized as death and high morbidity of a disease. Found after a large number of related literatures, merger of cerebral infarction and hypertension with cerebral infarction patients serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and blood uric acid (UA) levels of comparison is different, and in patients with hypertension with cerebral infarction group, different levels of the hs-CRP and UA, its degree of nerve function defect may be different, the content of this subject to the above study.ObjectiveResearch the hs-CRP serum, UA and hypertension with cerebral infarction in the stability of carotid plaques, the degree of nerve function defect, infarct area correlation; Research UA level and hs-CRP.MethordSelect 170 cases in July in 2013 to June in 2014 on the leveling group general hospital neurology hospital within 72 hours of stroke onset of acute cerebral infarction patients, among them,85 cases of hypertension with cerebral infarction group,85 cases of hypertension with cerebral infarction group. Into the group must be in 170 patients of carotid artery colour to exceed check, clarify the presence of plaques and the nature of the plaques, the line head CT and MRI to specific area of infarction and area size, line NIHSS score to evaluate the degree of nerve function defect, in the hs-CRP and UA, Hey, determination of blood lipids, blood glucose, etc.Results(1)Set of hypertension with cerebral infarction of the hs-CRP and UA content are higher than in non hypertension with cerebral infarction group, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance. (2)In the patients of hypertension with cerebral infarction, the unstable plaque group and stable plaque group, compared the hs-CRP and UA level difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). (3)In the patients of hypertension with cerebral infarction, moderately severe neurologic deficits of hs-CRP and UA level are higher than in mild impairment group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). (4)In the patients of hypertension with cerebral infarction, large area of infarction group and small area of infarction of the hs-CRP and UA level difference (P<0.05). (5)Of hypertension with cerebral infarction group compared with non hypertension infarcts size cerebral infarction group has no obvious specificity (P>0.05). (6)In patients with acute cerebral infarction, hs-CRP and UA is a certain correlation.Conclusion(1)The level of UA,hypertension with cerebral infarction group hs-CRP is higher than that of non hapertensive cerebral infarction group.(2) Hs-CRP, UA levels can reflect the hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction group and the stability of carotid plaque, the degree of neural function defect and the cerebral infarction area(3) The relationship between acute cerebral infarction hs-CRP and UA levels are positively correlated.
