The Investigation Of Significance And Its Function Of Hyaluronan Synthase 2 In Breast Cancer

Objective:This study analysis in breast cancer tissue HAS2 protein expression relationship with breast cancer clinical biological behavior and ER, PR and C-erb B-2, for breast cancer of judging prognosis and gene therapy provides a new experimental basis. Methods:Detect the expression of HAS2 in the tumor tissues and the corresponding para carcinoma tissues on protein level by using streptavidin peroxidase cojugated method.The relationship between tlle expression of HAS2 and the clinical pathological characteristics including age,menses,tumor size,clincal stages,histology grades,pathological type,the metastatic state of the axillary lymph nodes,estogen receptor, progestogen receptor, C-erb B-2 of all the breast cancer patients were analyzed. Results:The positive rates of HAS2(64.4%) in breast cancer were higher than those in the corresponding para carcinoma tissues(17.4%).The positive expression of HAS2 in breast cancer was significantly associated with histology grades,lymph node metastasis and C-erb B-2 expression(p<0.05 or p<0.01),but not with menses, tumor size, clincal stages, pathological type, estogen receptor, progestogen receptor(p>0.05). Conclusions:HAS2 in breast cancer tissues is higher than the corresponding expression of tissue adjacent to carcinoma, prompt HAS2 is closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer;HAS2 expression and histological grade, lymph node metastasis in breast cancer and C-erb B-2 expression, prompt HAS2 expression may be as an index for judging the prognosis of breast cancer; HAS2 expression may be as a marker of breast malignant degree, HAS2 may be potential breast cancer treatment targets.
