Correlation Studies Of Different Operative Approaches Affect Postoperative Rehabilitation With Advanced Distal Gastric Cancer Patients

Objective:To investigate the correlation of different operative aapproaches affect postoperative rehabilitation with advanced distal gastric cancer patients.Method:Selected our department treated cancer patients with advanced gastric antrum 67 cases from September 2013 to September 2014, included 32 cases of laparotomy group (A group),35 cases of laparoscopic group (group B), to compare the two groups of patient surgery, postoperative recovery and Changes in the magnitude of the differences in plasma WBC,N% and VEGF levels before and after surgery.Results:Compared the two groups, patients with incision length, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal ventilation time,remoal of drainage tube time and hospital stay had significant difference (P<0.05), number of lymph node cleaning, incision healing time, complications, the total cost of hospitalization between the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). Preoperative peripheral WBC, N% in the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05), postoperative peripheral WBC, N% in two group were elevated, reach maximum on the first day, postoperative 1 day,3 days,7 days difference peripheral WBC, N% to compare the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05).1 day before the operation and after the operation with 1 day and 3 days,two groups of VEGF level had no significant difference (P>0.05),7 days and one month after the operation, the VEGF level had statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative rehabilitation in patients with open and laparoscopic group have differences, the laparoscopic group in incision length, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal ventilation time, root out drainage tube time, length of hospital stay, WBC,N%,VEGF expression level change better than laparotomy group, two groups of the lymph node in number, incision healing time, and complications have no difference. Tip laparoscopic radical surgery without reducing a radical cure degree, not to extend the incision healing time and not to increase the postoperative rehabilitation, it can speed up the rehabilitation of patients after surgery and improve the surgical treatment effect.
