Objective:The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between the NLR、PLR and clinicalpathological features、prognostic in patients with gastric ca ncer. Methods:Retrospective, clincialpathological data from 197 patients with gastric cancer were obtained from The affliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Uni verstiy from lth June 2006 to30th June 2007,By chi-square test and Logistic regr ession analysis the relationship between both NLR and PLR with clincialpathologic al,by K-M curve analysis the survival,by Log-rank test compare the survival curves Results:Both Univariate analysis and Logistic regression wre shown that tumor siz e (P<0.001)、age (P<0.05) were associated with NLR, with a statistically signifi cant difference; and tumor size (P<0.001) was associated with PLR, with a statisti cally significant difference.Log-rank test showed that both NLR and PLR were ststi stical siginificance with the patient survival. Conclusion:Higher preoperative PLR and NLR can promote gastric tumor size, also was the risk of patients survival with gastric cancer.
