Objective:Research Lisfranc ligament statically stable structure, provide detaie-d morphological data for Lisfranc joint surgery. Methods:(1).18 cases of adult spe-cimen observation Lisfranc ligament morphology and measure, get Lisfranc ligame-nt detail configuration parameters, deter-mine the Lisfranc ligament contorts and oss-eous marks to provide relevant parameters for clinical screw internal fixation, app-lication of the parameters on the 14 cases of adult corpses with lead wire accordi-ng to the parameters of the corresponding Lisfranc ligament related data as experi-mental group, apply spss software compared with 18 cases of anatomical group, co-mpare the difference.(2).in 8 patients with clinically confirmed Lisfranc injury (5 c-aseswere male, female in 3 patients, aged 38-64, an average of 46, follow-up of 1 8 months on average) with open reduction and internal fixation surgery. Intraoperati-ve according to our anatomy parameters and positioning method for internal fixate-on, to ob-serve the clinical curative effect after postoperative AOFAS score. Resul-ts(1).We through the anatomical observation of the anatomy of Lisfranc ligament were 2 bundles. Lisfranc ligament length measurement results morphology:8.67±1. 15(mm); Lisfranc ligament width:8.16±1.37(mm); Lisfranc ligament thickness:1.6 9±0.21(mm).At the bottom of Lisfranc ligament and the medial cuneiform Angleal-pha 45.83±6.84°.Measu-ring Lisfranc ligament and medial plantar side wedge bone-beta 65.11±4.69°.Measure the height of the medial cuneiform 31.65±2.23(mm), t-he length of the medial cuneiform 23.22±1.95(mm), measuring wedge in the dista-nce of the second metatarsal bone to the basal 35.89±3.78(mm). Measuring Lisfra-nc ligament check point to the medial cuneiform re-cent joint distance 11.07±3.16 (mm) below. After the experimental group compared with the anatomy of the grou-p, P>0.05, no statistical differences. In order to facilitate the clinical application, we put forward the concept of "Lisfranc channel", we will Lisfranc channel is defi-ned as:the medial cuneiform (no ligament area) to the secretary of the second m-etatarsal baselong31.65±2.23(mm),width 8.16±1.37(mm), high 1.69±0.21 (mm), a -nd proximal medial cuneiform 45.8±36.84°Angle, and the medial plantar side w-edge bone into 65.11±4.69°Angle of a channel. After HE staining by doing it, we know that the histology characteristics of Lisfranc ligament:from the level is d-ivided into:Lisfranc tendons, tide li-nes, mineralized fibrocartilage and bone, four-layer structure.(2).8 patients with Lisfranc injury anatomy parameters and positionin-g method aft-er open reduction and internal fixation were higher AOFAS score:8 0.30±4.85. Conclusions:This study obtained Lisfranc detailed morphological para-meters of joints and ligaments, surgery to provide the anatomical data for the regio-n. Avoid blindly into internal fixation, starting point of Lisfranc ligament dam-age, influence Lisfranc ligament repair effect.
