Objective:Research on multi-b-value DWI sequence ADC value as biological markers in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors in the liver. Methods:Choose the comprehensive imaging examination and confirmed by biopsy in 52 patients with liver tumors (11 lesions of liver cancer and liver metastases in 19 lesions, liver hemangioma in 18 lesions,13 lesions of hepatic cysts) line and b value of DWI scan and conventional MRI, calculate ADClow, ADChigh, ADCperf, A DC3b and ADCiob value, analysis of benign evil liver tumors of the difference bet-ween the ADC values. Establish the receiver-operating characteristic curve (receive operating characteristic curve, ROC). Results:b value of high, the benign and ma-lignant liver lesions was significantly (P<0.05), but the ADC value between liver cancer and liver metastases、liver hemangioma and liver cyst showed no statistical significance(P>0.05); the ADC values of tumor perfusion between benign and mal-ignant lesions had statistical significant (P<0.05), but no significant difference bet-ween benign tumors(P>0.05); b value of 10b and 3b, the ADC values of various liver diseases was statistically significant (P<0.05); When b value of low, the AD C values of different liver tumors showed no statistical significance (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity were 96.6%、87% and 93.1%、82.6% respectively when 10 b,3b by using a threshold ADC of less than 0.102,0.285×10-3s/mm2 respectively. Conclusion:Multi-b-value DWI sequence through multiple quantitative parameters f-rom tumor microcirculation and cell metabolism of liver support in the identificati-on of benign and malignant tumor diagnosis, especially ADCiob, ADC3b, value of the diagnosis of liver tumors advantage.
