| Objective:To observe the gradient change of RANKL and OPG for alveolar bone remodeling in the activity of bone resorption on extraction site preservation using different kinds of bone graft materials, discussing the significant of osteoclast that filling-in teeth extraction socket with different graft materials of bone in guided bone regeneration. Methods:Selected 6 healthy beagle dogs,extraction of both first mandibular and maxillary lateral incisor in all the beagle use the method of minimally invasive.The four sites were randomly divided into A,B,C,D four groups.PRF will filled in the group A, for group B, OAM will be used and for group C,HCA will be used.Group D will be left untreated(controll). All experimental animals were ramdomly sacrificed after 4 weeks and 12 weeks,product specimens of alveolar bone.Expression of RANKL and OPG in 24 specimens of alveolar bone was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results:After 4 weeks,the expression of OPG in group A was higher than in group B,group C and group D(P<0.05),the expression of RANKL in group D was higher than group C,group B and group A(P<0.05).After 12 weeks,the expression of OPG in group D was higher than in group C,group B and group A(P<0.05). the expression of RANKL in group C was higher than in group B,group A and group D(P<0.05). Conclusion:Expression of RANKL and OPG was closely related to bone formation of extraction site preservation using different kinds of bone graft materials,which point out RANKL and OPG were play an important role in bone formation of extraction socket. |
