Objective: To determine the bone marrow hematopoietic cells autoantibodies using flow cytometry measurement, and discuss its significance in blood cells reduce disease in children.Method: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of children’s blood exhaustion disease and then choose the related inspections for diagnosis and differential diagnosis. 2. To determine the bone marrow hematopoietic cell autoantibodies by flow cytometry, which was compared with acute ITP, then analyze statistical differences using SPSS. 3. In accordance with the result of bone marrow autoantibodies, divided the children into different groups. To explore with the original hemoglobin, reticulocyte percentage percentage, neutrophile granulocyte, peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulations in peripheral blood, and granule/red than, the total number of megakaryocyte, bone marrow hematopoietic island and T lymphocyte subgroup results in bone marrow, then analyze statistical differences. 4. According to the diagnostic criteria of adult IRP, divided the children into examination and the non-examination groups, and analyze of each antibody positive cases, comparison with χ squared test method. Results: 1. Among 62 cases of children with complete blood reduced, 51 cases diagnosed with hematopoietic cells exhaustion disease, 11 cases clearly diagnosis of other diseases, including Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia(ALL) 4 cases, Acute Myeloid Leukemia(AML) 2cases, Hemophagocytic syndrome(HLH) 1 case, Myelodysplasia Syndromeswith Refractory Anemia(MDS-RA) 1 case, MDS-RAEB-t 1 case, Epstein-Barr virus infection 1 case, acute arrest of hemopoiesis 1 case. 2. The bone marrow hematopoietic autoantibody positive number(rate) of different disciplines of 51 cases were granulocyte CD15 + Ig G 12 cases(23.5%), stem cell CD34+ Ig G 31 cases(60.7%), erythron GPA + Ig G 13 cases(25.5%); Grouped according to positive number(rate), respectively: 0 series positive group14 cases(27.4%), 1 series positive group 20 cases(39.2%), 2 series positive group 12 cases(23.5%), 3 series positive 5 cases(9.8%); The bone marrow hematopoietic autoantibody positive number(rate)in control group, which 20 cases of children diagnosed of acute ITP, respectively: granulocyte 1 case(5.0%), stem cell 3 cases(15.0%), erythron 1 case(5.0%), all series positive 0 cases(0.0%). There was significant statistically difference between two groups(p < 0.05). 3. According to the expression of 0-3 series, we divided children into four groups, there were no statistical difference in the original hemoglobin, reticulocyte percentage percentage and neutrophile granulocyte( p > 0.05); There were no statistical difference in the peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets(p > 0.05); The indexes in bone marrow including grain/red number, total number of megakaryocyte and hematopoietic island, had no statistical difference( p > 0.05); No statistical difference among four groups in Bone marrow T lymphocyte subgroup(p > 0.05). 4. Among 51 cases, 11 cases conform to examination group, which 0 series positive 3 cases, 1 series positive 6 cases, 2 series positive 2 cases, 0 cases with 3 series cases positive; The non-examination group 40 cases, which were 11 cases with 0 series positive, 4 cases with 1 series positive,10 cases were 2 series positive, 5 cases with 3 series positive. Through statistical analysis, there was no statistical difference among four groups(p > 0.05).Conclusion: 1. The causes of children’s peripheral blood cells decrease are complex and various, in addition to the known, such as ALL, AA, also MDS, HLH, infection, etc. 2. Bone marrow autoantibodies express abnormally in Children’s bone marrow hyperplasia exhaustion disease. 3. Reference to the diagnostic criteria of adult immunorelated pancytopenia, through detecting autoantibodies in the bone marrow, the article failed to get similar rasults to adult conclusion, whether or not there is IRP in chilren deserves further discussion.
