Kancil Bone Capsule Combined With Bone Plate Internal Fixation In The Treatment Of Femoral Fractures Clinical Observation

Purpose: To compare kancil bone capsule combined with bone plate internal fixation in the treatment of femoral fractures with pure bone plate internal fixation in the treatment of femoral fractures in the fracture healing timeMethod: In the time of 2013-01to2014-06,collecting 65 femoral fracture patients betwwen18 years old and 60 years old, randomly divided into two groups(postoperative medicine ingredient is the same between the two groups), the treatment groupin the first postoperative day started to give the same amount of kancil bone capsule, stopping medication after two weeks;the control group) after surgery didn’t receive any kancil capsules. we studied the difference in VAS、days in hospital、Klemn score and manifestation in X-ray.Result:Days in hospital of patients in experimental group is less than that in the control group;VAS score and Klemn score in two groups are the same, but the excellence rate of Klemn score in experimental group is obviously higher than that of control group;X-ray shows callus growth in the experimental group is significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion: In the process of fracture repair, kancil capsule to accelerate fracture healing time of experimental group patients, which can speed up the activities of the joint.
