| Purpose: Objective evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety through ischemic necrosis of femoral head(type Q1-S tagnation and blood stas is) by drug injection therapy by Chinese herbs.Method: It conclude the patient that has isch emic necrosis of femoral head(type Q1-Stagnation and blood stasis) as object study,which were ra ndomly divided into treatment group and control group. There were 60 cases in this paper. The treatm ent group 30 cases treated with drug injection therapy by compound angelica Chinese herbs(Compound Angelica Injection Origin Fujian Sanai Pharmaceutical factory, approval number :the country medicine accurate Z35020638);the control group 30 cases treate d with ordinary ac upuntre therapy,the two groups both treatment for one month and trea t with 3 months. This research through the statistical analysis of DAS1.0 to evaluate the clinical effect.Result: Through Ridit analyze, the terms of the total ef fect of the disease has no difference between the treatment group(the total effective rate90.00%) and the control group(the total effective rate83.33%),and the clinical ef fect is equal. But after treatm ent the main symptoms through Ridit analyze,curative ef fect is obviously bette r than the latter(p <0.05),significant differences exist between the two groups. Safety judging: treatm ent group and control group were no found adverse reactio ns and adverse events in the treatm ent process, that the treatment group and the control group of drug safety.Conclusion: Adopt drug injection therapy by co mpound angelica Chinese herbs therapy ischemic necrosis of femoral head, prom oting blood circulation and relieving the pain and strengthen the bones and m uscles function. The results showed th at the clinical symptoms of the patient can effectively improve, also improve the quality of life, and the drug is safe and effective, worthy of clinical use. |
