Objective To investigate the radiation situation SD rat leg muscle fibrosis, investigate the mechanism and influence adipose stem cell injections of radioactive muscle fibrosis. Methods A total of 20 male SD rats, the experimental group(A) and control group( group B) in each group10, the left leg at the thigh rectus femoris radiation dose for each rat in each group 80 Gy, after irradiation group A inject adipose stem cells, B group injected with the same dose of PBS buffer. After irradiation, respectively, in the4,8,26 week SD rats were sacrificed, take thigh muscle tissue total RNA extraction and use real-time PCR to detect the conversion 1(TGF-β 1) the degree of expression of the growth factor β, to β-actin as an internal reference, read gray agarose gel electrophoresis, to TGF-β 1 and β-actin gray than the semi-quantitative analysis. Results All patients after radiotherapy with varying degrees of fibrosis, group B is more severeConclusion 1. Adipose stem cells can be induced to become mature fat cells and osteoblasts2. Injection of adipose stem cells after radiation therapy can be relatively lower growth rate of TGF-β1 on the muscle fibers, then play a delaying effect.
