| Objective: To compare the anterior and posterior surgery treatment of the th-oracolumbar spine fractures. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the 73 caseso-f thoracolumbar spine fractures patients who are in Urumqi General Hospital o-f Lanzhou Military Region,From January 2009 to January 2012. Posterior surg-ery,42 patients(group A),By anterior surgery,31 patients(group B).Recorded two groups patients’age, sex, cause of injury cases, whether associated with chronic di-sease,operative time, blood loss, and two groups of patients before and after sur-gery tactile score, sports scores, cobb’s angle, vertebral height,classificati-on of sp-inal cord function, postoperative complications, postoperative patients with efficie-ncy data.Results:1.The Preoperative’s tactile score, sports scores, cobb’s angle,v-ertebral height,ASIA grade of the two groups patients have no statisticall differ-ence; 2.Operative time and blood loss compares between two groups of patie-nts,have statisticall significant (P<0.05); 3. The Postoperative data compariso-n of tactile score, sports scores, cobb angle, vertebral height between the two grou-ps,have statisticall difference(P< 0.05); 4.The data comparison of tactile score, sports scores, cobb angle, vertebral height of the two groups,Postoperative andP-reoperative have statisticall difference(P<0.05);5. Comparison the efficacy of the two groups, the Markedly and invalid have no statisticall difference(P>0.05),the eff-ective have statisticall difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion;Adult thoracolumbar spine fracture, anterior and posterior surgical approaches are valid, no significant di-fference in the total efficiency. Posterior surgical approach relatively simple, shorter operative time, less blood loss, and complex anterior approach operation, bleeding volume is more, but its neurological function relatively well, more conducive to restore spinal stability, worthy of promotion. |
