Duprost Joint Hydrochloride Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Elderly Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective:To investigate the duprost joint hydrochloride clinical curative effect fo r the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:Collected in January 2013 t oJanuary 2013 in xinjiang uygur autonomous region people’s hospital uropoiesis su rgical treated 183 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group(91 cases) and control group(92 cases),the treatment group ora 1 duprost 0.5mg/times,once a day, hydrochloride 0.2mg/time,once a day.Control grou p only oral hydrochloride 0.2mg/time,once a day.Two groups of continuous treatme nt for 6 months.Before and after treatment in the process of comparing two groups of maximum urinary flow rate(MFR),residual urine(RU),prostatic volume(PV),borin g score(BS) cases to evaluate urinary tract symptoms.On two groups of patients aft er treatment according to the international prostate symptom score(IPSS) for gradin g,and statistical analysis.Results:Total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 90.10%,81.51%,are similar between the two groups was statistically si gnificant(P<0.05).MFR after treatment, two groups of patients was significantly high er,the amount of residual urine(RU),prostatic volume(PV),IPSS score,BS score than before treatment significantly reduced.Two groups of patients was have obvious pro gress,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the improvement of the treatment group to observe degree is better than that of control group,comparing t he two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duprost wi th hydrochloride therapy has better clinical curative effect of benign prostatic hyper plasia,can significantly alleviate urinary frequency,urgency,dysuria,night urination nu mber increase,such as clinical symptoms,worth clinical promotion.
