Laparoscopic Surgery Aerosol Of HGF, PDK Clinical Risk Of Colorectal Cancer Planting Transfer Research

Objctive:hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDK) can be used as colorectal cancer tumor markers factor.This experiment mainly analysis,HGF, PDK in expression and clinical pathologic features and prognosis of colorectal cancer.laparoscopic surgery in the aerosol tumor cells and the correlation of HGF, PDK colorectal cancer.Methods using immune histochemical method analysis of 60 cases of colorectal cancer tissue in the expression of HGF and PDK situation, and the expression of two proteins in its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of colorectal cancer were studied, using HE staining of peritoneal exudate, flushing fluid in abdominal cavity, the instrument rinses tumor cells by optical microscope.using the method of test tube wall aerosol adhesion of tumor cells in the collection of aerosol, with HE staining under light microscope for tumor cells. Statistical analysis using qualitative data according to the theory of sample frequency using test, inspectionlevelof alpha= 0.05Results:immunohistochemical display in colorectal cancer with differentiation, tumor size, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and HGF, PDK protein expression is closely related to the amount of HGF and PDK positive expression in colorectal cancer, laparoscopic surgery in the aerosol were found to have cancer cells, HGF, PDK double negative aerosol not found in tumor cells (P>0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:the expression of HGF and PDK, colorectal cancer is two independent risk factors of poor prognosis. HGF, PDK positive expression of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, should try to collect good aerosol, prevent aerosol legacy in abdominal cavity, aerosol celiac planting metastasis...
