Clinical Observation And Influence On Th22 Cells For The Treatment Of Chronic Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia With Zidian Shengyu Pulvis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of decoction of modified Zidian Shengyu Pulvis to CITP patients with type of blood - stasis obstructing in the interior and vital qi deficiency,and the expression of Th22 cells in peripheral blood; To discuss the relationship between the onset of CITP and Th22 cells,then next study pathogenesis of CITP and function mechanism of compound medicinal decoction.Methods:To screen 30 patients as experimental group who were in the tutor professor Qin Ke-li outpatient clinic of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2013 to 2014,and who were CITP with type of blood - stasis obstructing in the interior and vital qi deficiency.These patients were treated with decoction of modified Zidian Shengyu Pulvis.Then to screen 10 physical examination healthy people as the contrast group.We observed and recorded the platelet counts,Th22/CD4 cells,the scores of Chinese medicine syndrome and adverse reactions for half a year.Results:①The total remission rate of western medicine clinical was 73.33%,and by contrast with experimental group between prior treatment and after treatment we found that the difference had statistically significant(P<0.01); ②The total effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome improvement was 90.00%,and by contrast with experimental group between prior treatment and after treatment we found that the difference also had statistically significant(P<0.01); ③In the experimental group, prior treatment and after treatment were separately contracted with normal control group about peripheral blood Th22/CD4 cells,the difference were all statistically significant(P<0.01); Though Th22 cells expressed of the after treatment was dramatic decline,there was still great differences with normal control group; ④The cores of Chinese medicine syndrome and peripheral blood Th22/CD4 cells were both strikingly negative correlation contrasted with the platelet counts of peripheral blood(P<0.01); ⑤During the two period of treatment with decoction of modified Zidian Shengyu Pulvis,there were no obvious adverse reactions and toxic or side effects.Conclusion:Peripheral blood Th22/CD4 cells counts abnormally elevated in CITP patients,and Th22 cells might participate in the CITP,so decoction with modified Zidian Shengyu Pulvis could adjust the immune state of imbalance to reach the therapeuticaim by reducing the express of Th22 cells; Peripheral blood Th22/CD4 cells and the cores of Chinese medicine syndrome showed as negative correlation contrasted with the platelet counts of peripheral blood; Decoction with modified Zidian Shengyu Pulvis had a good efficacy,it can different levels of increasing the platelet counts of peripheral blood,and relieve the clinical uncomfortable syndromes.
