Clinical Observation On Tianwang Bu Xin Dan Treatment Of Ischemic Heart Disease Atrial Fibrillation(Yin Deficiencyandfire Hyperactivity)

Objective:Applications Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan for ischemic heart disease in patients with atrial fibrillation (Yin Deficiency And Fire Hyperactivity), by observing the ventricular rate before and after the treatment, the change of heart rate variability (HRV) and investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic heart disease atrial fibrillation.Method:This study choose in heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine heart medicine by the first affiliated hospital of ischemic heart disease in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation (Yin Deficiency And Fire Hyperactivity) 60 cases,30 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases. Treatment group given Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan add and subtract with routine therapy and control group given anticoagulation, resistance to ischemia and for complications such as routine therapy, with 4 weeks as a course, using SPSS17.0 software for statistical data analysis before and after treatment in both groups, clear Tian Wang Bu Xin Danfor ischemic heart disease (Yin Deficiency And Fire Hyperactivity) the clinical curative effect of atrial fibrillation.Results:1. Dynamic electrocardiogram of ventricular rate:(1) the average heart rate:treatment way in comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) total heart rate:treatment way in comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.24 h parameters of heart rate variability SDNN, SDNNI, SDANN:treatment way in comparison, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05); Compared with control group, SDNN, SDNNI difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),SDANN no statistical significance (P>0.05).3. Efficient syndromes:treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%; The control group total effective rate 80.00%. Compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).4. The total score of syndromes, the single integral:treatment way in comparison, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan add and subtract with routine therapy can obviously reduce ischemic heart disease patients with atrial fibrillation (Yin deficiency andfire hyperactivity) of dynamic electrocardiogram (ecg) in the average heart rate and heart rate.2. Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan add and subtract with conventional treatment to 24 h heart rate variability parameter values.3. Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan add and subtract with routine therapy can obviously reduce ischemic heart disease patients with atrial fibrillation (Yin deficiency andfire hyperactivity) of TCM syndrome integral.
