Objective:To discuss application value in the perforator preoperative design with CT imaging methods and three dimensional reconstruction software. Methods:The patients who were 10 cases of aortic CTA,8 cases of abdominal CTA and 12 cases of lower limb CTA from September 2013 to August 2014, were included in this study, we used Mimics software for three dimensional reconstruction after image post-processing, observed and measured the perforator anatomical information of thoracic dorsal arteries, deep inferior epigastric arteries and peroneal arteries, including numbers, inner diameters, pedicle lengths and preoperative simulated personalize tissue flap. Results:In the three dimensional view window, image of artery perforator was clear, it can rotate and stereoscopic observe vascular origin, morphology, contorts and location. By visual observation, we can gain measurement data about perforator numbers, branch diameters and pedicle lengths. In the computer, the perforator tissue flap model was simple, intuitive and vivid. Conclusion:Human studies of perforator tissue flap based on CTA, it can clearly display three dimensional information about main blood artery contorts and distribution, which can effectively and precise guide preoperative tissue flap design.
