Antithymocyte Globulin Combined With Ciclosporine Therapy On Severe Aplastic Anemia In Children

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect and impact of factors of combined immunosuppressive therapy (IST) intreatment and before and after treatment of T cell-mediated immune cells and B cells mediated the humoral immune level chang of patients with severe aplastic anemia.Methods:Clinical data of 11 patients with severe aplastic anemia children were analyzed retrospectively,and were followed-up for 11 to31 months.The rapeutic effects of IST as well as the factors that might influence the efficacy were analyzed.ATG3- 5mg/kg.d,static point five days,while dexamethasone prevent allergic reactions and serum sickness,cyclosporine 5mg/kg.d initial oral dose adjustment based on the monitoring of cyclosporine concentrations, plus Ann Patel and related symptomatic treatment.Results:Invalid four cases, including one case for the second ATG treatment of children, ten months after treatment because of severe infection and bleeding to death.6 cases effectively,the total effective rate was 54%. Observde from one months to six months after the peripheral blood white blood cells, hemlobin and platelet counts median WBC approximately three month after recovery, platelet and white blood cell hemoglobin relatively slow about four months. after the slow recovery interval age,sex, onset and treatment, pre-treatment of platelets and lymphocytes in peripheral blood neutrophil counts and no correlation sex,p>0.05.cellular immunity and humoral immunity levels before and after treatment with significant difference,p<0.05.Conclusions:ATG combined cyclosporine immunosuppressive therapy is an effective method for treatment of severe aplastic anemia in children, for long-term effects and influence should be further study.Ist scheme through regulation of cellular immunity and humoral immunity play therapeutic action.
