Compare The Availability Of Clomiphene Citrate With Cetrorelixacetate In Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation To Suppress Premature LH Surge

Objective:To compare the availability of clomiphene citrate(CC) with cetrorelixacetate(Cetrotide) in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH) to suppress premature LH surge. Methods:181 cycles from infertile patients who enderwent COH at The First Teaching Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from july July 2014 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into CC group(administrated with CC to suppress LH surge,n=65) and Cetrotide group(administrated with Cetrotide to suppress LH surge,n=116).The difference of clinical outcome was compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results:The serum LH value on human chorionic gonadotropin day in CC group was ststisically lower than that in Cetrotide group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). No statically significant difference was found between the two groups in oocyte number% transferable embryo numbe (P>005). Gonclusion:Both CC and Cetrotide are effective to suppress premature LH surge,but the effect might be better in CC group.
