Objective: to determine pregnancy thrombotic disease patients and normal pregnant women plasma antithrombin Ⅲ, protein C and protein S activity, through the comparison of each activity during pregnancy during pregnancy thrombotic diseases change, the change of normal pregnant women each activity during pregnancy, and at the same time comparing thrombosis during pregnancy and the difference of activities of normal pregnant women, to explore its value in predicting pregnancy thrombotic disease, in order to study the occurrence and development of thrombotic diseases during pregnancy to provide theoretical support. Methods: this study is a retrospective study, collected in October 2012 to October 2014 in suzhou municipal hospital the department of obstetrics registration of 40 patients with pregnancy thrombotic diseases, including 10 cases of patients with pulmonary embolism, 30 patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs. Select the normal pregnant women 40 cases for the same period as the control group. Comparison and analysis of various activity during pregnancy during pregnancy thrombotic diseases change, the change of normal pregnant women each activity during pregnancy, and at the same time comparing thrombosis during pregnancy and the activity of normal pregnant women. Results: 1. Normal pregnancy is, in the way and protein S with the increase of gestational age is on the decline, the middle o f a pregnancy compared with the early weeks of pregnancy, compared with the middle of a pregnancy, late pregnancy were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Antithrombin Ⅲ, protein C does not change with the increase of gestational age, compared with the early weeks of pregnancy, the middle of a pregnancy in late pregnancy compared with the middle of a pregnancy, had no statistical difference(P > 0.05).2. Pregnancy thrombotic disease is, in the way and antithrombin Ⅲ, protein C and protein S with the increase of gestational age is on the decline, the middle of a pregnancy compared with the early weeks of pregnancy, late pregnancy compared with the middle of a pregnancy, were statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3. Pregnancy thrombotic disease group compared with normal pregnancy between way, VTE group of early pregnancy, the middle of a pregnancy and late pregnancy antithrombin Ⅲ, protein C and protein S active control group, were lower than the same period were statistically significant(P < 0.05). 4. Logistic regression analysis By Logistic regression analysis of pregnancy to evaluate risk factors for VTE, including age, blood pressure, fasting glucose, liver function, renal function, body mass index, pregnant times, production times, and plasma antithromb in Ⅲ, protein C and protein S inspection situation. The results show that the plasma antithrombin Ⅲ, protein C and protein S activity were significantly correlated with change and the incidence of VTE.Conclusion: normal pregnancy protein S with the increase of gestational age is on the decline, make the blood during pregnancy in a state of high condensation. And antithrombin Ⅲ, protein C levels in normal pregnancy without significant decline.Antithrombin Ⅲ, protein C and protein S in the pregnancy thrombotic disease patients plasma low expression, and with the increase of gestational age is on the decline, the control group, were lower than the same period in the pregnancy thrombotic disease plays an important role in occurrence and development. So the early detection of pregnancy plasma antithrombin Ⅲ and the activity of protein C and protein S in predicting pregnancy thrombotic disease has certain clinical value.
