Objective: Analysis and discussion of pregnancy complicated with acute pancreatitis related factors, clinical features, body mass index and a number of serological factor variation rules, the outcome of pregnancy, birth and the "individual" therapy. Methods: From 2007 January-2014 year in January Sixth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University from pregnancy complicated with acute pancreatitis in patients with clinical data.,a total of 45 cases(including 30 cases of mild acute pancreatitis, 15 cases of severe acute pancreatitis), the observation group, select the same period at the same time 45 cases of pregnancy without complications of pregnant women as control group, comparative analysis of two groups of cases, acute pancreatitis, etiological factors of pregnancy combined with the clinical features, and the two groups of body mass index, blood and urine amylase, high sensitive C reactive protein, serum lipase, glycerin three fat, liver function, blood glucose, serum calcium, pregnant outcome and neonatal birth condition were compared.Package for clinical data were analyzed using SPSS14.0 statistical software. Results:45 cases of pregnancy complicated with pregnancy in patients with acute pancreatitis and 32 cases of excessive growth of body weight(71.1%), 24 cases of high protein diet(53.3%),10 cases of biliary pancreatitis(22.7%),8 cases of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis(17.8%),7 cases of unknown causes(15.6%);mid pregnancy in 6 cases(13.3%),38 cases of late onset of pregnancy(84.4%),1 cases(2.2%) in puerperium. After conservative treatment and surgical treatment of 18 cases of full-term pregnancy(40.9%), 14 cases of cesarean section(31.8%), 2 cases of stillbirth fetus(4.5%). 10 cases of premature delivery, fetal distress(22.7%) and 5 cases(11.9%); 3 cases of neonatal asphyxia(7.1%), 2 cases severe asphyxia(4.8%), 2 cases of perinatal death(4.8%); control group: full-term normal delivery in 28 cases(62.2%), 12 cases of cesarean section(26.67%)(5 cases, 7 cases of obstetric factors and social factors), 5 cases of premature labor, fetal(11.11%) distress in 3 cases(6.67%), mild neonatal asphyxia in 1 cases(2.22%), 0 cases of severe asphyxia. perinatal death in 0 cases. Two groups of body mass index, blood and urine amylase, high sensitive C reactive protein, serum lipase were higher than those in the control group, the P values were <0.05, glycerin three greases showed no significant increase in mild acute pancreatitis, was significantly increased in patients with severe acute pancreatitis; severe acute pancreatitis hypocalcemia Conlusion: Pregnancy complicated with acute pancreatitis is a serious threat to maternal fetal safety of pregnancy complications, can occur in each period of pregnancy, in late pregnancy is most common; etiological factors for biliary tract disease and hyperlipidemia; obese patients, the severity of the disease incidence rate increased significantly; the serum factor in patients with acute pancreatitis pregnancy also showed some variation, and it can provide basis for clinicaldiagnosis, treatment of pregnancy complicated with acute pancreatitis; cesarean delivery rate, the incidence rate of premature birth, perinatal asphyxia rate, mortality increased significantly, so early diagnosis, correct assessment of the severity of the illness, according to each patient was "individualized" treatment, can significantly improve the prognosis of the patients.
