Objective :To investigate the relationship between study and law from radical highland plains participate physiological indicators at different times after exercise, cardiac structural changes and the occurrence of acute mountain sickness. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 120 healthy men from the plain at high altitude in different periods after physiological index, cardiac structural change rule, the experiment was divided into seven different pe riods:the plain group, into the plateau after 1 days, 3 days, 7 days, 1month, 2 month and 6 month, a cohort study comparing before and after the treatment. Each change of each index of the period, and explore the relationship between their occurrence and acute mountain sickness. Results: 1 Hematological examination, red blood cell count(RBC) and the content of hemoglobin(HBG) changes in the prediction of acute mountain sickness(AMS) occurs, its change with time to enter the plateau gradually stabilized, in Plateau in 7 days, in 1 month after the degree of increase slowed down, 6 months of basic stable. And hemoglobin of more than 170g/L the occurrence of acute mountain sickness rate is lower than the incidence of 170/L is low(P<0.05); red blood cell count more than 6 * 1012/L memory altitude sickness rate is also lower than the above; white blood cell count(WBC) content increased with no statistical significance(P>0.05), and its associated with acute high altitude disease there was no significant relationship(P>0.05). 2 Urine inspection, to eliminate the interference of many factors of the project, are vitamin C, urine protein and urine urobilinogen content associated with the occurrence of acute high altitude reaction, and its content increased significantly, the occurrence of acute mountain sickness rate is higher(P<0.05). 3 The vital sign the inspection, heart rate changes and acute high altitude reaction has an obvious relation, heart rate(P) increased significantly the plateau reaction rate is lower, the lowest incidence of 90-120 / min, more than this range, the incidence increased altitude sickness, and 90-120 / phase comparison, there was statistical significance significant(P<0.05); 4 Cardiac ultrasound results, right ventricular diameter(RVD) size and the occurrence of acute mountain sickness has a positive correlation(P<0.05); pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) high level has a positive correlation with acute high altitude reaction. Conclusion : Although the incidence of acute altitude sickness is high, it plays a pivotal role in the economic development and military strategic position of the plateau.. According to the experiment, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1) the change of heart rate and oxygen saturation in the vital signs detection is the easiest way to monitor the prone population..(2) under the stimulation of hypobaric hypoxia, heart rate can rapidly self adjusted to 90-120 beats / min, lower rates of acute high altitude disease, or a higher probability.(3) urine examination, urine protein(positive) can become the second rate and oxygen saturation of another indicator of the opportunity to predict the onset of acute plateau disease.(4) in the routine blood routine detection, the red blood cell count and hemoglobin content were correlated, and the increase of the blood cells was faster, and the probability of the occurrence of acute altitude sickness was lower.(5) examination of cardiac structure, determines the degree of acute high altitude disease occurrence time and severity increased pulmonary artery pressure, PAP increased more significantly, AMS occur earlier, and the more serious the degree is.(6) in the case of PAP, the other series of indicators of the right cardiac system can indirectly reflect the probability of acute altitude sickness.. This is only an indirect response to the change of PAP.
