| Objective:To observe the effect of the Tricaprin on the Aβ42 transgenic drosophila’s creeping, superoxide dismutase(SOD)ã€ATP and the brain tissue pathological slices. Methods:To be divided into wild drosophila group,Aβ42 drosophila group, Tricaprin low-dose group(0.03μmol·1-1 Tricaprin Aβ42 drosophila group),Tricaprin middle-dose group(0.3μmol·1-1 Tricaprin Aβ42 drosophila group).Tricaprin high-dose group(3μmol·1-1 Tricaprin Aβ42 drosophila group).We recorded flies’ creeping, tested SODã€ATP content, observed brain tissue pathological slices.Results:At the same time, with intervention with Tricaprin,Aβ42 drosophila group’s the creeping strength was improved obviously(P< 0.05) and changed better with the increase of Tricaprin concentration.The SODã€ATP content of Tricaprin high-dose group significantly increased more than the Aβ42 drosophila group(P< 0.05)。 The brain tissue pathological slices of Tricaprin high-dose group was similar to wild drosophila group and improved markedly compared with Aβ42 flies. Conclusion:Tricaprin can improve Aβ42 flies’creeping strength, increase the content of SODã€ATP and reduce vacuoles of brain tissue. |
