Validity research of electronic personal perception ability test in the screening and performance assessment of recruits in rescue units 1. Purposes and contents of the research At present, all kinds of unexpected public events happen of high complex, in the face of the severe situation, the rescue forces shoulder to rescue the arduous task of implementing crisis and responding emergencies. The special responsibilities set very high request to the rescue troops of comprehensive quality and their psychological quality directly influences the effect of handling emergencies. To improve the psychological quality of the level of rescue workers, quality first, to control the manpower, the army early psychological screening is one of the most important part, can make mental illness or unfit for army personnel were detected in order to ensure the quality of manpower. The current research on manpower resources screening and selection is still at the stage of development, in the large-scale group psychological screening rescue forces in the past, the existence validity not usually appears in recruit psychological screening test, many factors affecting the validity, the subjects are not true answer is the most important. With high reliability and validity in the hospital clinical test once applied to the group screening, its validity will immediately fall, because the use of psychological tests in hospital outpatient visits in order to solve the problems of their own willing to answer questions honestly, but in recruits screening and selection context, for the hope is to avoid being selection or screening motivation, also because the personality tests can be free to answer, they will not true answer and installed in the test, cover up own psychological problems, guess subject, evaluation resulted in the measurement results of the deviation, the staff mental health assessment of the missing rate increase. Although the researchers used many control lie technology, but they did not fundamentally solve this problem. In order to find a way to avoid this problem effectively, Wang Jinli, Zhang Yuejuan et al. develop a paper and pencil interpersonal ability test in 2006. The test with its unique system structure and ingenious answer design overcomes the problem of wrong answer, as can control the psychological assessment tools used in subjective false group test in the field. In 2014 the company developed electronic personal perception test, and for the first time used in rescue troops recruits screening. But compared with the electronic test and pencil and paper test, are different in the answer mode, test questions, scores of statistics etc., and the using results have a current lack of research. This research will study the tool applied to psychological recruits rescue troops screening and evaluating the performance of validity, for the rescue forces to use the tools of scientific manpower, improve quality, provides reference data to enhance combat effectiveness. 2.The theoretical significance and practical value This study intends to solve scientific problems which are on the electronic test for rescue army recruits screening validity and validity of selection do research. Theoretical significance of the research is to reveal scientific empirical electronic personal perception test how the validity in the recruits psychological assessment, and make an objective evaluation of this tool and method; Study on the practical value is to help users based on the scientific evaluation on the appropriate use of the results of objective, in order to more effectively the tool that has a mental illness or unfit for army personnel using screening, effectively use the tool to provide a reference for the soldier to arrange, enhance the rescue officers and soldiers in dealing with sudden public events in the security and fighting capacity. 3. The research thinking and the method Select a police rescue troops in autumn recruits a total of 892, The first study is screening validity, which includes the procedure of completing the test, visiting, sending the problem personnel to psychiatric diagnosis and making analysis and conclusion on the validity of the screening test with the comparing from final results and testing detection results; The two is to study the validity of selection, which includes the procedure of completing the test standard, collected training results, testing the consistency of research results and work criterion, ensure the predictive validity of test results, in order to properly use the test data provide the reference basis for the soldiers working arrangement. 4. The results 4.1 people ability test screening results show, 892 new recruits have 75 soldiers took the test result is positive, the total number of 8.4%.The 75 positive personnel to sieve out interview by psychological expert group, and according to the interview results they are divided into three categories: one class of 12 people, accounting for 1.13%, two class of 10 people, accounted for 1.12%, three class of 53 people, accounted for 5.98%.one class of personnel sent to the local psychiatric hospital for psychiatric diagnostic criteria for identification, diagnosed with a clear mental disease and ultimately retreat has a total of 4, accounting for 0.45%.Visit after 4 months, and the results show that no new cases except for 4 personnel before detected. Calculating the sensitivity of the test was 1 according to the above data collected, the specificity was 0.92, correct diagnosis index(Jorden index) was 0.92. The results show that the electronic interpersonal perception scale with very strong screening ability and good validity in the screening of recruits mental illness. 4.2 Collect the training examination of the rescue forces to participate in the test of a squadron of 76 people. By using statistical method of correlation coefficient the validity of investigate personal perception test system, at the same time use training achievement of personnel fractional positive 8 people and other normal fractions dealing with t test. The related results of 4 dimensions of interpersonal ability test scores and subjects of the examination scores are between 0.004-0.431, with the average correlation of 0.233; 4 dimensions of interpersonal perception scale and the examination scores of the part of the subject, skill score and total score are significantly related, among them, work related to the highest dimension,correlation to work dimension and the highest, five subjects had significant correlation; correlation coefficient between behavior dimension scores and the assessment results is 0.093-0.414, and correlation coefficient of individual queue, queue class, individual tactics and capturing examination results is 0.306-0.414. The correlation of working dimensions and technical total is the highest, up to 0.534. In the existing literature, personality measurement validity is usually between 0.1-0.3, this test which can achieve moderate correlation level already has a current high level of similar test. The difference between positive fraction group in class queue, capturing, skill score, total score and negative score group is reached significant level, the other in addition to the basic flat in the sit up on the project, all items in the group were lower than those in the negative fraction, but did not reach significant level. The above results show that the prediction effect of new test performance of recruits reached or exceeded the level of the existing similar personality test. 5. Conclusions: 5.1 Electronic personal perception ability test system for recruits mental disease screening validity is good, can effectively detect personnel mental disease. 5.2 Electronic personal perception ability test system on the training results of predictive validity reached higher level of similar test. 5.3 Electronic personal perception ability test system results can provide the reference data for screening and work arrangements of recruits. Especially for recruits mental illness personnel and positive group detection can effectively improve the security forces and combat effectiveness. This study shows that, the electronic personal perception test system has good validity of the above, the function control random wrong answer, man-machine dialogue to avoid the subjective influence the main test, short testing time, the main trial not fatigue and is convenient for large-scale group test, is a good tool to test recruits rescue forces and the whole army.
