ObjectiveI want to observe the clinical curative effect and toxicity of hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lymph node metastases of gastrointestinal tumors retroperitoneal.MethodsI randomly divided the 67 patients into three groups, who were lymph node metastases of gastrointestinal tumors retroperitoneal. The Thermo-chemotherapy group combined hyperthermia with chemotherapy. The Chemotherapy group used systemic chemotherapy. Hyperthermia group used microwave hyperthermia. I evaluated the short-term efficacy and toxicity of these three groups. ResultThe response rate of thermo-chemotherapy group(60%) was Objective higher than chemotherapy group(31.81%) and hyperthermia group(25%). The difference among them has statistically significant. The clinical benefit rate of thermo-chemotherapy group(88%) was Objective higher than chemotherapy group(76.73%) and hyperthermia group(50%). The improvement of KPS score and pain score was higher than chemotherapy group and hyperthermia group, the difference also has statistically significant. compared cardiac toxicity to gastrointestinal reaction rates of the three groups, there’s no significant difference. Compared hematological toxicity to liver toxicity between thermo-chemotherapy group and the chemotherapy group, there’s no significant difference. While the hyperthermia group has no significant hematologic toxicity or liver toxicity. ConclusionThe hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lymph node metastases of gastrointestinal tumors retroperitoneal has a good clinical efficacy and the patients benefit a lot from it, so it is worth to be spread.
