ObjectivesRecent years many studies demonstrate that inflammatory response plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD), The research of the very low birth weight infants TNF-α concentration in plasma of BPD group and non BPD group in different times, to discuss the important role of TNF-α in the pathogenesis of BPD. MethodsThere are forty-five babies in this research,Over the same period in our hospital 2012 Years 8th Months to 2013 years of 12 th months, The diagnosis of 15 BPD of very low birth weight as the experimental group, the other 25 cases of non BPD patients as control group,The experimental group and control group of children with birth gestational age、sex、birth weight had no statistical difference(p〈0.05), elimination the serious asphyxia(5 minutes,Apgar scores〈3), tracheal intubation and recovery or breathing is not perfect, congenital heart disease、inborn errors of metabolism or congenital malformation. Dynamic detect on of TNF-α observed respectively in the peripheral blood of content, The results of data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS13.0 draw the conclusions. ResultChildren with BPD in the post neonatal TNF-α in different periods was higher than that in non BPD group, the difference was significant(P〈0.001). ConclusionTNF-α may play a role in the pathogenesis of BPD, Therefore controlling the infection and blocking inflammatory mediators in the pathway may play all effective role in prevention and treatment BPD.In addition, TNF-α also can be used as the basis for early diagnosis of BPD.
