ObjectiveAcute pesticide poisoning is common in China a high mortality rate of poisoning disease, with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, ASOPP) is the most common, most of the patients after poisoning in critical condition, and rapid development, has brought great threat (1) to the patient’s life. In the past, on the basis of routine therapy, to emergency department disposable gastric lavage and single hemoperfusion (hemoperfusion, HP), the clinical effect is not ideal, the main reason is that it does not make the organophosphorus toxins from the body is clear. In clinical treatment, timely and effective control and reduce Residual Organophosphorus toxins in the body is to improve the success rate of patients, an important way to reduce mortality in patients with. This paper discusses the clinical effect of repeated gastric lavage and multiple HP treatment of patients with ASOPP.MethodFrom 2014 March to 2015 January in our hospital patients met ASOPP criteria for a total of 60 cases, divided into observation group and control group of 30 cases. The observation group was given repeated gastric lavage and multiple HP treatment. The control group was given emergency gastric lavage and disposable single HP treatment. Two groups of patients in age, sex, to the hospital there were no significant difference between the treatment time, unconsciousness etc., comparable. The above poisoning patients take a treatment plan before the plan which are the patients themselves or their immediate family consent. The observation group from the start of treatment to regained consciousness time, cholinesterase activity recovery time, atropine dose, average hospitalization time, success rate, mortality were compared with control group treatment, curative effect.ResultThe success rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group, the average hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group. From the time of regained consciousness, cholinesterase activity recovery time, total dose of atropine dose were compared, the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionASOPP patients after gastric lavage and multiple HP, the success rate increased significantly, the mortality rate decreased obviously, the average hospitalization time was significantly shorter, faster and better indicators, is worthy of promotion.
