Lirananftate is thiocarbamate anti-fungal drug, which belongs to spinacene cycloxygenase inhibitor. It affects ergosterol’s synthesis which constructs plasmalemmal to restract fungal.This study options 2-chlorine-6-methalamine pyridine as raw material, reacts nucleophilic substitution with methanol to formn 2-methaloxygen-6-methalamine pyridine.5,6,7,8-tetrahydrogen-2-naphthol and thiophosgene react to 2-(5,6,7,8-tetrahydrogen naphthoxy) sulfur monochloride thio-methyl ester. The two condensate to lirananftate. We undertook structure affirm by element analysis, infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectra, nuclear magnetic resonance mass spectra, nuclear magnetic resonance carbon spectra and mass spectra. And we took quality affirm by thermal differential analysis, gravitational thermal analysis and powder X-ray diffraction.We found the way which is convenient, economic, high-yield to synthetic liranaftate by this study. And the study provided reliable theory support to produce and control the quality of liranaftate.
