ObjectiveTo explore efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment to successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) patients, who survive more than 7 days. For providing clinical basis, this subject differed the experimental group, used conventional western medicine treatment added Xuebi jing Injection and Shenfu Injiection form the the control group through comparing APACHE-Ⅱ、GCS、Lactic acid、CK-MB、PT、APTT.MethodsThis research was designed as prospective single centre study. The 20patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitationin emergency department and ICU of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital between January 2014 and January 2014, who meet the inclusion criteria will be treated into two different group. Collecting APACHE-Ⅱ、GSC、the blood lactic acid、 creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB)、activated partial blood coagulation live enzymes time (APTT)、prothrombin time (PT) of two groups in day 1, day 4 and day 7.ResultsPatients in the experimental group in less critical condition and lower mortality (P< 0.05). Brain function of patients in the experimental group was improved in better effect (P< 0.05). Lactic acid of the experimental group patients is lower (P< 0.05) while is slightly lower in day 4 and day 7 than the control group (P> 0.05). The CK-MB of the experimental group is lower (P<0.05). The experimental group has better blood coagulation function (P <0.05).ConclusionChinese patent medicine of warming Yang and promoting blood circulation has a good effect for post resuscitation syndrome.
