Molecular self-assembly refers to the absence of external forces through non-covalent interactions,molecules are assembled to form a science oriented ordered structure and aggregates. Most current research is mutually π-π stacking and hydrogen bonding effects mediated by molecular self-assembly.For example, perylene diimide and derivatives has a larger conjugate plane and easy to form some new aggregates by π-π stacking interactions. With further research, because of hydrogen bonds has advatages of directional, saturation, stability and so on, it can also be used to drive organic conjugated molecules self-assemble. Especially intermolecular hydrogen bonds in response to external stimuli with unique features and has informations transfer, transmission and other characteristics, so it very important in molecular self-assembly process. On the other hand, guanosine and derivatives because of their special hydrogen bonding pattern. With different conditions,it can occur to generate a plurality of types of self-assembled aggregates. In the absence of metal ions, it may be aggregated to form a chain body, and with the assist of an alkali metal ion, it may be generated tetramers, octamers and other novel structure, controlled size aggregates. So, we try to introduce the perylene diimide fragment into the C8 bit of guanosine, and use the excellent photochemical properties of the perylene diimide and diversification of guanosine, then synthesize a new type of complex molecules and study the self-assembly properties.As follows:(1) First, we use perylene anhydride synthesize monobrominated perylene diimide, 1,6-position,1,7-position two brominated perylene diimide derivatives; secondly, to guanosine as raw material, first brominated its C8 bit, and then as a synthesized two types of guanosine derivatives, and finally Pd catalyst in the synthesis of C8-bit perylene diimide substituted guanosine derivative by Sonogashira reaction;(2) Determination of the nature of the objective product. By measuring the specific compound in CH3 OH, CH2Cl2, CH3 CN, DMSO, MCH(methylcyclohexane) and in different metal ions, different p H in the UV fluorescent properties, analysis of their different construction types, and find that the type of solution, add different metal ions and different p H will have an impact on the self-assembly of the compound. Metal ions K+, Ba2+ impact on the self-assembly of compounds quite different. In addition, some of the compounds have been fluorescence quenching phenomenon occurs,fluorescence recovery after adjusting different p H, and p H response is very good, UV fluorescence properties vary greatly, which can also affect their assembly;(3) The subject while doing a perylene diimide derivative substitution reactions gold compounds.We obtain several gold-bearing compounds perylene diimide derivatives, measure the UV fluorescence properties, and further explore the gold and gold interaction between.
