Objective To investigate the significance of real-time tissue elastography(RTE) for the assessment of chronic kidney disease during Underweight patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic kidney disease were enrolled in the case group, while 120 patients with normal renal function served as the controls(the crowd of underweight:the BMI of female <19, the BMI of male <20, Body Mass Index,).Twelve characteristic quantities of elastography imaging were obtained by the tissue dispersion quantitative analysis software, area ratio of low-strain region( % AREA), complexity(COMP), average relative strain value(MEAN), standard deviation of relative strain value(SD), contrast(CONT), entropy(ENT), kurtosis(KURT), skewness(SKEW), correlation(CORR), angular second moment(ASM), and inverse different moment(IDM), The strain ratio,which is the hardness of renal cortical and the hardness of psoas muscle(the strain ratio of B/A). The differences of 12 characteristic quantities between two groups were analyzed.Results Elasticity imaging can be used for the diagnosis of the kidney disease.Its elasticity ultrasonographic imaging:The cone and cortex are evenly distributed green the red around the kidney and the artery.Scoring all the observation :some healthy controls elastic rating are in and following two points.In the patients,10 cases of 5score,19 cases of 4score,32 cases of 3 score,59 cases of 2 score and following. The the strain ratio of B/A, MEAN, SD, % AREA, COMP, KURT, SKEW, CONT, ENT, IDM, CORR of elastography imaging obtained by the tissue dispersion quantitative analysis software in health control people were 0.757±0.078、63.92±5.21、31.72±3.49、56.24±4.45、38.70±2.23、2.99±0.20、2.39±0.92、122.91±49.92、2.35±0.89、0.21±0.024、0.03±0.002、0.966±0.009,1.668±0.562、45.42±14.22、34.19±4.53、68.54±9.11、47.41±8.34、3.97±0.79、2.85±0.82、189.73±43.97、2.85±0.82、0.25±0.037、0.12±0.004、0.966±0.008.The characteristic quantities of all but(ENT, CORR) had statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05). The characteristic quantities of SD,KUTT,SKEW,CONT,B/A had statistically significant differences between two groups(p<0.05).The Logistic regression analysis was applied to the 12 characteristic quantities and it showed that the B/A was the most important one. Cases of renal cortica B/A and serum creatinine levels have good correlation(r:0.836,P<0.05). The receiver operator characteristic(ROC) curve displayed that RTE value of could be used to diagnose chronic kidney disease the sensitivity,specificity,91.7%,81.7%,respectively. The diagnostic accuracy was 86.7%.Conclusion Elasticity imaging can be used for the diagnosis of the kidney disease,which have typical ultrasonographic characteristics,Whose 5cent method has a good correlation with the clinical stages.Real- time tissue elastragraphy(RTE) can monitor renal function of the crowd of underweight, proffering some values to the clinical In 12 groups of the elastic characteristic,we found that The strain ratio,which is the hardness of renal cortical and the hardness of psoas muscle(the strain ratio of B/A) have high correlation with serum creatinine.
