objective: Endometrial carcinoma is the most common maligna nt tumors of female genital tract, whose incidence rate is increasing year by year in our country, even ranking the first in some areas,Which has been a serous threat to women’s health. The molecular mechanism of the disease has not yet entirely clear, therefore, we need to identify the early endometrial carcinoma to improve the survival rate of cancer patients, an d attach importance to how to identify the advanced and recurrence of p atients, improving the prognosis, reduce recurrence and metastasis, improv e survival rate. The most important thing is to identify high-risk patients in the precancerous stage, immediately take effective measures to block the development of cancer.YB-1(Y-box binding protein1) is a multifunctional nucleic acid prot ein, most people think which is related to the tumor of occurrence, dev elopment, poor prognosis, recurrence and metastasis of disease, resistance t o chemotherapy. But there is no domestic and abroad on the expression of YB-1 in endometrial carcinoma is reported.Because endometrioid adenoc arcinoma is the most common pathologic type, this study through the dete ction of the expression of YB-1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma, endom etrial hyperplasia, endometrial atypical hyperplasia, analyze if there is diff erence in the expression of above three tissues, expounds the significance and expression of YB-1 in above three tissues, explore the possible corr elation between YB-1 and endometrial cancer, hope to provide new marke rs for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma and p lay an important role in the incidence, development, staging, grading, precanc erous lesions and the high level of recognition of endometrial cancer, prov ide new ideas and possible directions for the treatment of endomerial can cer, make preparatory work for further research. Methods :1. We collected the clinical datas of 82 cases with endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients and the collection of pathological specimens in 2010- 2014 years in Mi anyang Central Hospital, meanwhile collected 31 cases of endometrial at ypical hyperplasia and 30 cases of endometrial hyperplasia.2. We collecte d 82 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma patients with clinical basic in formations.3.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressi on of YB-1 in endometrial carcinoma, endometrial hyperplasia and atypic al hyperplasia of endometrium.4.We analysis the different expressions an d significance of YB-1 in these three tissues by statistical method; and t he different expression and significance of YB-1 in the stage and grade of endometrial carcinoma.Results:1.In 82 cases of endometrial cancer pati ents, 50 years of age or younger were 32,accounting for 39%, older tha n 50 years were 50, accounting for 61%. Menopause in 34 cases, accoun ting for 41.5%, 48 cases of postmenopausal women, accounting for 58.5%. I stage 62 cases, accounting for 75.6%, II stage 9 cases, accounting for 10.9%, III stage 10 cases, accounting for 12.1%, IV stage 3 cases, acc ounting for 3.6%. The expression of YB-1 has no relationship between a ge and menopause.2.YB-1 was expressed in the nucleus and cytoplasm of endometrial cancer, while in simple endometrial hyperplasia and endometr ial atypicalhyperplasia was expressed only in the cytoplasm, the expressio n of YB-1in endometrial carcinoma is the highest mean value, the low e xpression values in simple endometrial hyperplasia, the values in atypical hyperplasia is media. The expression between the three values are compare d, P<0.05, there were statistical significance between the three tissues, that expression is different. While the expression in diferent stage and classif ication of endometrial cancer,P>0.05, which is not statistically significant.3.YB-1 in endometrial hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia of the nucleus wit hout expression, expressed only in the part of endometrial cancer in the cell nucleus, accounted for 30.5%. Once again to compare the three tissu es, P<0.05, indicating that YB-1 expresses differently in the nuclear. T he expression of YB-1 in the classification, comparison of endometrial ca rcinoma P=0.033, its value is less than 0.05, the expression of YB-1 in endometrial cancer classification is different, there was statistical significa nce in comparison, P=0.915, clinical staging, its value is greater than 0.05, indicating its expression is no different, no statistical significance. Con clusions:1.The expression of YB-1 in endometrial cancer is higher than the expression of YB-1 in simple endometrial hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium. YB-1 may be involved in the occ urrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.2.Nuclear expression o f YB-1 is related to the pathological tissue level of endometrial cancer,w hich may be ralated to the malignant degree of endometrial cancer.
