Clinical Efficacy Of Pricking Method With The Bingboye Fumigation Treatment Of Verruca Plana

Objective:Through the observation of Clinical efficacy of pricking method with the Bingboye fumigation treatment of Verruca Plana, Explore the method of treatment efficacy and mechanism of Verruca plana,and provide a safe and effective treatment for clinical Verruca plana and simple technique of Chinese foreign rule, the promotion of Chinese medicine for the treatment of Verruca plana technical characteristics of the foundation. Methods:September 2012 to September 2013 to meet the diagnostic criteria of the study, In the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Luzhou Medical College, Luzhou City Chinese Medicine Hospital,Luzhou City People’s Hospital of Dermatology clinic 90 cases of warts were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases of each group. The treatment group received prick method with Bingboye fumiga-tion treatment,specific methods are:Before the start of treatment, after cleaning the local lesions, with a local anesthetic Lidocaine cream on each lesion, after 40 minutes with 0.01% Bromogeramine disinfection wart. Take disposable sterile needles number 4.5 on the wart individually quick-intensive prick to appear spotting up. After acupuncture,with a sterile cotton swab dipped in 0.01% Bromogeramine compression hemostasis on the wound.2 times a week. During more than the rest, the use of Bingboye Fumigation, after 300ml Bingboye heating, hot fumigation affected area until the liquid temperature is appropriate, with gauze or towel dipped in liquid and washing the affected area,stop at the drug fumigation still heat. Twice daily (Note:Prick treatment within 24 hours without fumigation). The control group received oral thymosin enteric-coated tablets, each 10mg,3 times a day, after meals; while Topical Interferon cream,4 times a day. The treatment lasted four weeks. And clinical symptoms and lesions before and after treatment, to improve the situation compares to do statistical analysis, to assess the efficacy trials. Results:(1) Total effective comparison: treatment group (n=42):24 cases were cured,6 cases with marked effect,8 cases were mend,4 cases without effect, total effective rate was 90.47%; control group (n=43):16 cases were cured,5 cases had marked effect, improvement in 14 cases,8 cases no effect, the total response rate was 81.39%. After statistical analysis, statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05), shows that the treatment group is better than control group. (2) The symptoms of efficacy integral comparison after treatment:the mean value of total score of the treatment group was 9.60±5.84 and the control group was 11.84±6.42 (P <0.05), the experimental group was significantly compared with the control from clinic symptoms and lesion changes. (3) Compare the recurrence rate after treatment follow-up of 3 mouths:the recurrence rate of treatment group was 9.52% and 27.90% in control group (P<0.0.5), show that the treatment group had more efficiently control the recurrence rate than the control group. Conclusion:Research results show that the Clinical efficacy of pricking method with the Bingboye fumigation treatment of Verruca plana can be sure. Using a pure exernal therapies of traditional Chinese medicine(TC M),meanwhile, with pure Chinese medicine for external application can be straight to penetrate the focus and achieve to the treatment purpose by its unique therapeutic effect in local focus. It is easy to be accepted by the patient for the advantages of convenient operation, simple therapeutic process, low cost, less side effect, and low recurrence rate, it is worth in clinical use and promotion.
