The Curative Effect Observation Of Jinlida Particles In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective: Evaluation of Jinlida particles’ s curative effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome on the improvement of clinical symptoms, insulin resistance and sex hormone level. Methods: The outpatient and inpatient patients with polycystic ovary syndrome cases choose from the first people’s hospital of yunnan province during 2013 December to 2014 March, there are 68 cases in the group in all, they were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 37) and control group(n = 31) respectively. The treatment group was in the treatment of Jinlida particles combined with metformin and Diane-35, while the control group was in the treatment of simple metformin and Diane-35. The treatment of control group and treatment group lasted for 3 successive period,and successive 21 days were a period of treatment. Between two period of treatment there was a period of 7 days without any treatment. Then we observed and added up the changes of the patients in the two groups before and after the treatment,that is, the clinical symptom and BMI, HOMA insulin resistance index(HOMA-IRI), menstruation, Sex hormones level(FSH,LH,PRL,E2,T).Results: 1.The symptom’s score of two groups had no difference before treatment.The symptom improvement of control group before and after treatment was not obvious(p>0.05), while the symptom improvement of treatment group before and after treatment was obvious(p<0.01); the symptom improvement of Jinlida Particles group after treatment was significantly better than the other one(p<0.05).2.The BMI level of treatment group decreased significantly after treatment(p<0.01), and the BMI level of control group also decreased significantly after treatment( p<0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01),and Jinlida Particles group was better than the other one.3. The HOMA –IRI of treatment group decreased significantly after treatment, and the HOMA –IRI of control group also decreased significantly after treatment(p<0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05), and Jinlida Particles group was significantly better than the other one.4. The recovery rate of menstruation in two groups reached above 80%, the4. The recovery rate of menstruation in two groups reached above 80%, the LH / FSH index,T index and PRL index of treatment group decreased significantly after treatment,and that of control group also decreased significantly after treatment(p<0.01). Though the difference for LH / FSH index and PRL index between the two groups was not significant, but both of them reduced to normal. The difference for T index between the two groups was significant, and Jinlida Particles was better than the other one.Conclusion: Jinlida particles combined with metformin and Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome could obviously improve symptoms. The curative effect could be more obviously in reduction of weight, the elimination improvement of insulin resistance and the reduction of T index. Its curative effect is better than single "metformin + Diane-35" scheme, and the case of hypoglycemia would not happen.
