The second class public institution in health medical and health care of Hainan province is the main participants of medical and health career and plays a key role in the development of medical and health career.To promote health medical and health care of Hainan province, form2009, the second class public institution in health medical and health care of Hainan province began to use the performance salary system. In this way, the "average" idea of the distribution system for a long time gradually to be broken and the real “work more, gain more” came true.More and more positivity of individual’s was inspired. after the basis of extensive literature research, questionnaire was designed, so I find 5 the second class public institution in health medical and health care of Hainan province to began the questionnaire survey and establish indicators to evaluation the effect of the performance salary system. Later I analysed of the data from the questionnaire survey come to a conclusion: Incentive effect is not well. After I find the present situation of the performance salary system, I try to find the causes of poor performance and the countermeasure analysis.
