SPSS l6.0 statistical software for data entry and analysis of statistical data. Descriptive analysis generally frequency distribution, percentage, expressed as mean ± standard deviation; Univariate analysis was performed using chi-square test, multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis, test level α = 0.05.Results:1 Diabetes patients and their families in generalDiabetic patients in this study collected 386 valid questionnaires, 182 were male(47.2%), 204 were female(52.8%). the minimum duration of one month, maximum 44 years. The mean age was 63.66 ± 7.693 years. The average body mass index was 25.76 ± 3.20 kg / m2, mean fasting blood glucose value 7.93 ± 2.11 mmol / L.Family members of patients 402 valid questionnaires were collected copies, of which, 177 were males(44.1%), women accounted for 225(55.9%). Families of patients with an average age of 45.76 ± 7.20, BMI was 23.84 ± 2.71 kg / m2.2 Patients with diabetes preventive treatment statusFor the prophylactic treatment of patients without complications as the dependent variable, ANOVA analysis showed: gender, age, disease duration, body mass index, knowledge scores, with or without a family history, according to α=0.05 level, complications there is no difference was statistically significant, which, education, medical expenses origin, occupation and diabetic complications in patients with no significant correlation occurred. The univariate analysis c2 P<0.05 variables into a logistic regression model, the knowledge score of preventive treatment, the patient’s propensity for treatment, diet and exercise time and manner, the current mode control blood sugar, tobacco and alcohol behavior, the number of health education and other factors is corrected. The results show: the knowledge score prophylactic treatment of patients, the treatment methods tend to diet, diet and exercise plans, ways to control blood sugar diabetes health complications associated with diabetes often talks of a relationship, which has not been found in patients with alcohol behavior complications related to diabetes sex(P <0.05).3 Prophylactic treatment of diabetic patients with knowledge levelKnowledge of preventive treatment for all patients scored an average of 5.76 ± 1.63 points, to 51.09% overall awareness. After adjustment for age, gender, family history, body mass index, duration and other factors, patient education, duration of disease, complications, and the number of diabetes-related education. Culture is proportional to the degree of knowledge score, with the duration of the growth, listen to increase the number of diabetes health education, diabetes health knowledge score of the well without complications knowledge scores are complications knowledge score of 1.049 times.4 Patients and their families prophylactic treatment-related factorsFamilies prophylactic treatment knowledge section 4.56 ± 1.31 points score, the overall awareness of 39.12%. Preventive treatment for patients and their families the knowledge to conduct awareness univariate t test, The results show that: t=4.703,P<0.05,patients and their families prophylactic treatment related knowledge among the difference was statistically significant, higher patient awareness of family members of patients. To investigate the relationship between tobacco and behavior, body mass index, number of health education, knowledge scores and other factors between the families and patients to do all variables Spearman bivariate correlation analysis, the results suggest: education, smoking, alcohol consumption, body mass index and knowledge scores interaction was significant, positive correlation.Conclusions:1 Diabetes prevention diabetes knowledge score is poor, overall awareness is low. For patients with diabetes get limited access to such knowledge, learning is not enough, the hospital should increase investment in education and management of diabetes to assess and ensure the quality of learning, to improve the overall level of health care knowledge diabetes prevention team.2 Currently, diabetic patients with poor status of implementation for the prophylactic treatment of diabetes Most patients do not have specific performance management programs individualized diet, exercise, blood glucose monitoring, preventive treatment for patients with insufficient attention. Medical personnel should strengthen the management of individual patients in clinical work, form a good individual health education model to provide more high-quality medical services for patients with diabetes.3 Families interact with patients with diabetes in the prophylactic treatment of diabetes, mutual promotion and strengthening support for families of preventive treatment can help patients to carry out preventive treatment. Prevention and treatment of family members of patients with diabetes lack of knowledge itself, support a family member with diabetes treatment and maintain the best state of self-control is critical, therefore, health care workers must pay attention to the families of diabetes health education to the families involved in the Diabetes Prevention treatment mode, by monitoring the families of patients, guidance, forming doctors, patients, families tripartite coordination with the diabetes prevention mode.
