Objective:The healing of anterior cruciate ligament is bad. In general, we choose operation to reconstruct anterior cruciate ligament directly if we found it rupture for the treatment. Using autologous hamstring to reconstruct anterior cruciate ligament, as a mature technology, now widely applied in clinic operation. However, in recent years, some papers has been reported some failure case about bone tunnel enlargement and graft loosen after operation. As a result of autologous hamstring graft has a special tendon-bone healing mechanism. The subject about how to speed up tendon-bone healing has become the research hot spot in recent years. Base on traditional Chinese medical theory of three periods after fracture. We raise a topic study Traditional Chinese Medicine "JieguDan" using in midanaphase fracture. Aims to study this medicine cannot bring a positive effect on tendon bone healing. Methods:During the period of October of 2012 to December of 2014,the patients selected with ACL injury receiving treatment in the orthopedics department of Zhang Zhou Hospital of T.C.M. All of them were blunt trauma for no more than two months. All the patients were taken the ACL reconstruction of single bundle out of two strands with autogenous hamstring tendons assisted by arthroscopic surgery, and fixation methods for femoral select endobutton fixation, tibial select absorbable interference screw. Parents were equally divided into 2 random groups, and take traditional Chinese Medicine "XiaozhonghuoxueTang" within two weeks after the operation. However, the experimental group take traditional Chinese Medicine "JieguDan" from second to eighth weeks postoperative. Perform evaluation in preoperative and the 3 months, half a year after surgery, including joint stability check and ROM, in the follow-up visits. In preoperative and the 3th months, half a year after surgery, separately evaluating knee stability degree, performing X-ray examination, ROM, Lysholm score, IKDC in the follow-up visits. The data were collected for statistical analysis. Results:In total, we got 34 cases who have been finished half-year follow-up. These cases were no joint loosening. And anterior drawer test, Lachman test and pivot shift test was negative after operation. The follow-up x-ray examination, we do not find bone tunnel enlargement, graft reputation or damaged, internal fixation and the other abnormal situation. In sixth weeks after surgery, the ROM score of observation group and control group were 103.9±2.5°and 100±3.1°,independent samples test prompt P=0.00< 0.01, statistically different significant. In eighth weeks after surgery, the ROM score of observation group and control group were 121.8±3.0°and 118.8±3.8°, independent samples test prompt P=0.00<0.01, statistically different. In the third month after surgery, the Lysholm score of observation group and control group were 86,00±3.87 and 82.47±3.00, independent samples test prompt P=0.06<0.01, statistically different significant. In the third month after surgery, the IKDC score of observation group and control group were 74.53±3.86 and 71.12±2.47, independent samples test prompt P=0.06<0.01, statistically different significant. Compare with the diameter of tibial tunnel in between 3 months after operation and postoperative, we find that the data were collected for statistical analysis. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine "Jiegu Dan" medication safety is relatively good, Patients do not find any obviously discomfort during treatment. Taking "Jiegu Dan" in 3-12 weeks after operation, combined with rehabilitation exercise, to some extent, can improve knee function and tendon-bone healing.
