Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers, and its incidence and deaths have also been one of the top, so it is a long-term and arduous task for developing anlicancer drugs to lung cancer. Lung cancer can be divided into small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer, in which a greater number of non-small cell lung cancer. Due to the early diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer is not easy, so many patients diagnosed late has come to even miss the best timing of surgery, so to chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer is particularly important. However, some unfortunately, too many toxic chemotherapy drugs often also harm the immune system, and physical condition of patients with non-small cell lung cancer is generally relatively weak, so the chemotherapy has been greatly restricted. From this perspective, it is necessary to find beneficial for the immune system to kill tumor cells both an antineoplastic and adopt a reasonable treatment for non-small cell lung cancer.In chapter one, we presented an overview of non-small cell lung cancer and some common clinical medicine and treatment programs, in which we focused on cisplatin, gefitinib and Xiaoaiping. Cisplatin is a broad-spectrum anti-cancer drugs, the effect is very good, but very toxic. Gefitinib is molecularly targeted drugs, use a lot of the non-small cell lung cancer, already a star of cure, but it still has some toxicity. Xiaoaiping is extracted from Marsdenia, there is a good anti-cancer effect, while adhering to the usual characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, that is, low toxicity, and many in using advanced patients.In chapter two, we made a series of animal experiments, mice were injected subcutaneously in Lewis lung carcinoma cells, and were cisplatin, gefitinib there Xiaoaiping single-use, and the first two with Xiaoaiping the combined. We found that cisplatin alone has some effect, but greater toxicity, efficacy and toxicity of Xiaoaiping were all not significant, but the toxicity of gefitinib was too large. After combination with cisplatin and Xiaoaiping, we found smaller tumors in mice and physiological indicators changed for the better. But gefitinib and Xiaoaiping joint experiments was still too toxic to make it difficult to proceed.In chapter three we investigated the mechanism of cisplatin and Xiaoaiping associated with the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. After the treatment we found that tumor growth can be suppressed and more infiltration immune cells in the tumor tissue, more careful studies had shown that the tumor tissue CD8+ T cell function has also been significantly enhanced. In response to this situation, in vitro we put Xiaoaiping into the medium of immune cells, also found that promote CD8+T cell function.In summary, by our animal experiments for non-small cell lung cancer, we find Xiaoaiping such a killing tumor cells can both enhance the immune system cancer drug. It promotes CD8+ T cell function and more invasive tumors, combine with cisplatin has a good effect, to make up for the high toxicity of cisplatin alone shortcomings. Our study may well be a better clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer provides a valuable reference.
