Objective: To discuss the clinical features, laboratory indicators and Mycobacterium tuberculosis drug susceptibility of patients with HIV-associated primary treated tuberculosis in Public Health Clinical Center of Chengdu in recent years, in order to Provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and rational drug use of HIV-associated Primary treated tuberculosis. Methods: All the sample are collected from the patients attending of Public Health Clinical Center of Chengdu from March 2013 to October 2014.Total 169 patients includes 85 cases who were diagnosed as HIV-associated primary treated tuberculosis(HIV-MTB group) and 84 cases pure TB patients(MTB group) were retrospectively Analyzed.Results:(1)Young adults for the high risk of TB, two groups of subjects in less than 20 years old, and more than 60 years of the two age of MTB group higher than HIV-MTB group.(2)In HIV-MTB group fever incidence was higher than MTB group, cough, hemoptysis incidence was lower than MTB group.(3)The rate of extrapulmonary tuberculosis in HIV-TB was higher than MTB group.(4)HIV-TB group was more in parts of tuberculosis infection than MTB group.(5)ESR value of HIV-MTB was higher than MTB group; the positive rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody, Mycobacterium DNA, acid fast bacilli sputum smear in HIV-MTB group was lower than the MTB group.(6)TB drug resistance was different between AIDS related primary treated tuberculosis patients and pure TB patients. The multiple drug resistance rate and initial drug resistance rate ofisoniazid, rifampin, isoniazid aminosalicylate, rifabutin in HIV-TB group was more serious than MTB group, excepted the rate of Protionamide.(7)Total drug resistance rate of HIV-MTB group was 32.94%, the rate of MTB group t was 11.9%, HIV-MTB group and MTB group of first-line anti tuberculosis drug resistance tuberculosis drug resistance comparison shows that HIV-MTB group of 2 kinds of drugs and drug resistance to 3 kinds of resistance was significantly higher than that of MTB group.Conclusion:(1) Fever, night sweats, cough, expectoration, superficial lymphadenopathy, weight loss were still the main clinical symptoms, but was not typical, and hemoptysis was rare. The emergence of AIDS fever should be routine screening for tuberculosis.(2) Extrapulmonary tuberculosis and multiple organ tuberculosis were more common in HIV-TB group.(3)The positive rate of Mycobacterium DNA was higher than the rate of tuberculosis antibody and sputum smear, using a variety of detection methods, may improve the diagnosis rate of HIV related TB.(4)The total rate of initial drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was higher and Multi drug resistant TB occurs more easily in HIV-TB group.
