Study On The Elderly Mild Cognitive Impairment In Early Intervention And Management Strategy

Mild cognitive dysfunction(Mild cognitive impairment, for short is MCI in English abbreviation and as MCI referred to hereinafter),means that the patients who is with memory or cognitive impairment, but it have no significant influence on the daily capacity,which is normal for aging human’s body and Alzheimer’s disease(it also be known as senile dementia, Alzheimer’s diseases, English abbreviation called AD, as “AD” referred to hereinafter) in the middle of the stateconsidered, the pre clinical AD and the morbidity rate ranged from 20% to 30%, there are about 5% ~ 10% a year or even 15% of the MCI patients who fall into AD. China has more than 6000000 AD patients, which is the world’s most populous country of AD patients.Because the etiology and pathogenesis of AD remains unknown, so far there is no effective cure and the incidence is obviously lagged behind. We found that the condition is often very serious, so the early identification and intervention is necessary.For this reason, MCI as the early stages of AD has been paid much attention.Carried out by the MCI,which is the early intervention and management countermeasures, that the elderly people can infringement against AD in our country that meet such an aging one who has important significance.Research which is made on MCI in China starts late, and most of them are concentrated in the pathogenesis or medical treatment, there are few research on early intervention and comprehensive management in the MCI.Therefore, the effective identification of the risk factors for MCI, controlling MCI risk groups. For its early intervention, it will greatly reduce the prevalence of AD. This paper firstly based on a large amount of literature review, sorting out the theoretical basis of the paper and the main risk factors of the MCI in our country as research foundations. Secondly, use the methods of comparative analysis to study the related research index. On existing research results, although in the medical field-based research for the treatment of MCI has played a positive role, the MCI which is as a special kind of disease, its pathogenesis is not single but the genetic factors, social environment, disease factors multiple factor crossing formation.So if we want to achieve the prevention of MCI, we should reduce the MCI to AD conversion, only pureing medical intervention is not only comprehensive, but also comprehensive intervention for the elderly social environment, living habits, psychological state. Thirdly, based on summarizing the previous related research, we find out that the deficiencies of MCI management level, which put forward a comprehensive management that is composed of government, hospitals, community, family. Improving the plight of the elderly, providing good social security for the aged.
