Objective: To Study of the express of micro RNA in esophageal cancer tissue, par a-carcinoma tissue and normal esophageal mucosa tissues of esophageal cancer patie nts coming Tong Liao china.To explore the difference and problem which of esopha geal cancer patientsin the region.Methods: Collected the patients of esophageal cancer radical surgery in Inner Mong olia national university hospital, Tongliao hospital, branch line district hospital patie nts during 01, 2014 ~ 12 2014. To take their esophageal tissue, para-carcinoma tiss ue and normal esophageal mucosa tissues, freeze using liquid nitrogen and stored in-80 ℃ ice box. Choose the 6 patients, 18 tissue according to the condition which was standard.To discovered the difference of micro RNA from the spectrum of the micro RNA expression, and then discussed the problem function in Esophageal cance r occurs.Results: Through detection of micro RNAs expression spectrum, 9 were found abnormal expression.The expression of mi R-215-5p, mi R-196a-5p, mi R-215-3p, mi R-3660 and mi R-7-5p were up-regulated in esophageal mucosa tissue compared with normal esophageal mucosa tissue. The expression of mi R-215-5p and mi R-215-3p were up-regulated, the expression of the mi R-1269 b was down-regulated compared with the para-carcinoma tissue. Moreover, the expression of mi R-165-3p, mi R-196a-5p, mi R1269 a and mi R-1269 b were up-regulated, mi R-490-3p was down-regulated in para-carcinoma tissue compared with normal esophageal mucosa tissue. Although there are differences in micro RNAs expression between the two groups respectively, but no differences at the same time by normal tissue to para-carcinoma tissue to esophageal mucosa tissue.Conclusion: It was played important role which was up-regulated the expression of mi R-215-5p, mi R-196-a-5p, mi R-215-3p, mi R-3660, mi R-7-5 in esophageal mucosa tissue compared with normal mucosa tissue in Esophageal cancer occurs, by patien ts coming Tong Liao china. In addition, the mi R-215-5p、mi R-215-3p up-regulated an d mi R-1269 b down-regulated in para-carcinoma tissue compared with esophageal mu cosa tissue were associated with Esophageal invasive growth. It was also play a rol e in esophageal cancer early onset which was up-regulated expression of the mi R-165-3p, mi R-196a-5p, mi R-1269 a,mi R-1269 b, and down-regulated expression of mi R-490-3p in para-carcinoma tissue compared with normal esophageal mucosa tissue.
