With the application of it in the clinical work, the risk of perforation and bleeding of EMR and ESD has been greatly reduced.ObjectiveTo discuss the therapeutic effect of titanium clip in the EMR and ESD and evaluate the advantages and effects of it correctly in endoscopic surgeryMethodsThe retrospective analysis of 78 enrolled patients t(53 male and 25 female cases, aged between 25 to 76 years old) included 56 cases of EMR and 22 cases of ESD, in which titanium clip closed wounds for lesions that have larger range or larger risk of perforation during EMR and ESD and closed the hemorrhage of the larger blood vessels of intraoperative. The complications including postoperative bleeding and perforation were observedResultsPerforation was occurred and titanium clip was applied intraoperative in 1 cases with ESD,who was cured and discharged with conservative treatment such as fasting and gastrointestinal decompression,and postoperative bleeding was 3 cases, in which titanium clip was found fall off in 1 case and was applied again and 2 cases was recovery with conservative treatmentConclusionTitanium clip has a very good prevention and treatment effect for EMR and ESD intraoperative and postoperative perforation and bleeding and easily placed,So it is a simple, high safe, and effective method.
