The Research Of Development Strategy On Financial Leasing Of Medical Equipment In China

Financial leasing as a new way of financing medical institutions can effectively alleviate the shortage of funds and provide a strong financial security for the hospitals. There are many problems in the industry of financial leasing of medical equipment in our country at present such as the lack of knowledge of the medical equipment leasing, the absence of management of risks.This paper introduce the management of risks and financial proportion on the theory discussion and comparison analysis and embody the meaning of further perfecting the theory of financial leasing of medical equipment.Beginning with the theory of medical equipment leasing, this paper discusses the characteristics of medical equipment leasing and the connotation of the usual manner,analyze the pros and cons aspects of effects analsis of medical equipment leasing, that the financial leasing provide a good way for the hospitals to take advantage of social capital,and help optimize the allocation of hospital equipment, and can effectively solve the problem of insufficient funds, avoid hospital equipment selection risks, but in the process of financial leasing, the medical institutions should bear the risks of economic and law, it can not guarantee the quality of individual medical equipment and may lay hidden for medical malpractice,it is possible to damage the interests of patients.Medical institutions, as parties of the lease, should make full use of the positive effects of financial leasing and avoid the adverse effects of the negative effects.Secondly, on the basis of the research about the process and current situation of the financial leasing,this paper analyze the prospects、necessity、main problems and its reasons combined with China’s relevant policies and regulations.Then this paper analyzes the detailed process of the financial leasing of hospital basing on the brief introduction to X hospital.Financial leasing is the best choice for the hospital through the empirical analysis of X hospital CT project.Then, it introduces the American medical equipment development course and current situation of the financial leasing in detail.The rental industry in America develops maturely and a lot of experience is worth being referred,but there are many differences between China and America in such aspects as politics, economy, health care system,the same time we are all faced with similar problems,In this case, we can selectively draw lessons from American experience to solve the dilemma of medical institutions in our country, and promote comprehensive development of medical care. The author make the research of this issue by collecting charts and data and draw the corresponding development Suggestions.Financial leasing in China starts late, the development of market is imperfect. There exist many problems in financial leasing of medical equipment, the ultimate object of service of medical equipment is the people,the financial leasing of medical equipmentinfluences a lot on the interests of the people.
