In order to explore the effect of added Tau and BCAA together in exercise body, the subjects are 50 healthy male SD rats. After adaptive feeding they were randomly divided into control group(CG), exercise group(EG), exercise and added Tau group(ETG), exercise and added BCAA group(EBG) and exercise and added compound amino acid(Tau and BCAA) group(ETBG), with 10 rats in each group. Group CG would not exercise, while the others would take persistent and regular aerobic exercise by a 8 weeks’ exercise plan. After the exercise scheme, get their liver and kidney tissue, detect the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT, and the content of MDA and protein carbonyl. By means of determine the activity of key enzyme in antioxidation system, and the content of carbonyl stress to discuss its protection. The results of each index in rat liver: In all five indicators of measurement results, compare group ETG,EBG and ETBG with group CG and EG has significant differences(P < 0.01,P <0.05);the results of the activity of CAT, the content of MDA and protein carbonyl is, compare group ETBG with ETG and EBG has significant differences(P < 0.01,P < 0.05); in SOD and GSH-Px, compare group ETBG and ETG has significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.05); The results of each index in rat kidney: In addition to CAT, the results of the other four index is, compare group ETG, EBG, ETBG with CG and EG has significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.05), and compare group ETBG with ETG and EBG has significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.05); And the results of CAT is, compare group ETG, EBG with CG has significant differences(P<0.01),compare group ETG, EBG with EG has a tendency to rise but no significant differences, while compare group ETBG with CG and EG has significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusions: 8 weeks progressive increasing load aerobic exercise training could enhance the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT, reduce the content of MDA and protein carbonyl, but there is no significant differences based on the results.8 weeks progressive increasing load aerobic exercise training and added Tau or BCAA could significantly enhance the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT; and reduce the content of MDA and protein carbonyl.Add compound amino acid could significantly enhance the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT and reduce the content of MDA and protein carbonyl in rats’ liver and kidney. And the effect is more significant than only added Tau or BCAA.
