ObjectiveDiscussion primary bile reflux gastritis and chronic gallbladder disease. There was no association. MethodsCollect Second People’s Hospital of Liaocheng city from 2009 to 2013 to primary bile reflux gastritis patients 360 cases, and non bile reflux gastritis group, 360 patients were performed a case-control study of chi square test were used for statistical research, exploration of primary bile reflux gastritis and slow between gallbladder disease there was no association. ResultsIn primary bile reflux gastritis group(PBRG group) 360 patients, 124 patients with chronic gallbladder disease, including 70 cases with gallbladder stones; non bile reflux gastritis group(non BRG group) 360 patients, 84 patients with chronic gallbladder disease, including 38 cases of merger gallbladder stones, statistically significant differences between the two groups(P=0.001, P<0.01); primary bile reflux gastritis group(group PBRG) patients according to whether had gallstones were beya group analysis, 34 patients with cholecystolithiasis male patients, 185 patients without gallstone, 36 cases gallbladder stones in female patients, 105 patients without gallstone, statistically significant differences between the two groups(P=0.019, P<0.05); in the male sex subgroups, primary bile reflux gastritis group(PBRG group) with chronic gallbladder disease in 72 cases, no chronic gallbladder disease in 147 cases, non bile reflux gastritis group(non BRG group) with chronic gallbladder disease in 49 cases, 166 patients without chronic gallbladder disease, between the two groups have significant difference, P<0.05(P=0.019); in the female subgroup, primary bile reflux gastritis group(PBRG group) and 52 patients with chronic gallbladder disease, no chronic gallbladder 89 cases of disease, non bile reflux gastritis group(non BRG group) in 35 patients with gallbladder diseases, 110 patients without chronic gallbladder disease, between the two groups have significant difference, P<0.05(P=0.019). ConclusionsData analysis results:1.The primary bile reflux gastritis of chronic gallbladder disease patients were non bile reflux gastritis group morbidity, there is a correlation between them.2.The primary bile reflux gastritis patients with cholelithiasis, male patients was lower than that of the female.
