Background and Objectives:Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in women around the world,and one of the important means of comprehensive treatment to it is postoperative radiotherapy where breast bracket is widely used.The aim of the present study was to provide reference for clinical application on patients with breast cancer who had got radical surgery still require radiotherapy,as in the process of radiotherapy breast bracket had been used which may had some impaction on the lung irradiated volume. Methods:First,we carried out the shoot wild range in according to the indications of the patients with the breast cancer need postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy,marked collarbone ueno and chest wall wild range by scratch,taped the hose fulling of the Meglumine diatrizoate as the scanning CT mark met the collinear boundary of collarbone ueno and chest wall wild,then,scaned the same patients at different breast bracket Angle (0 °,15 °)through the way of large aperture simulation CT positioning machine location at the same repeated radiotherapy positions as the X-ray,acquisited the CT image data,uploaded the CMS planning system and calculated the lung volume variation under different angles of clavicle ueno irradiated by 6 mv - X-ray,last,statistical analysis the data and sum up its clinical significance. Results:Position 0 ° apex illuminated volume& Position 15 ° apex illuminated volume, total capacity of this two samples is 13 and the correlation coefficient r=0.892,so,they are highly related,as we now P value=0.000 is far less than the significance level a=0.05 that should reject the null hypothesis and accept this two general samples exist significant difference.Position 0°apex illuminated volume average = 107.5938 while Position 15 ° apex illuminated volume average = 182.2769, and the position 0 ° apex illuminated volume average standard deviation is 5.77596 vs 15 ° position apex illuminated volume average standard deviation is 12.08175,so we can know they must exist obvious difference as the observed position 15 ° apex illuminated volume is significantly greater than the position 0 ° apex illuminated volume. Conclusions:It was significantly different between Position 0 °and15° lung apex illuminated volume. The ratio apex to unilateral lung was not significantly different between Position 0 °and15 °. The use of breast bracket can effectively reduce the lung tissue of the illuminated dose,and the appropriate breast bracket Angle which can effectively reduce the apex volume by X-ray irradiated.
