Research background and purposeWith the current rapid societal economic development, intellectual laborers provide overtime and excessive labor positively or passitively in the following type of environment within societal and economic development, successful pursue and specific or group characteristics. So the approptiate labor turned into excessive one. And then it causes a series of serious consequence. For example:the company’s harmful development and the bad health or chronic fatigue syndrome of employees. For a long time, in some extreme case wokers are karoshi. If the government don’t pay close attention and intervene this phenomenon, this case may produce a harmful impact on the continued economic growth of the country. This phenomenon is more common in medical treatment especially these past two years, anesthesiologists have suffered these harmful results including death.This research through comparison of this university’s anesthesiology department work conditions effects’on the brain (energy usage, fatigue, sleep deprivation)-via the collection of the EEG brain waves in order to bring attention to the health conditions of anesthesiologists. In order to awake the human being, company, the socioty pay more attention to the health condition of anesthesiologists to be more mental efficiency and give relief stress and improve their overall well being.methodsWe select 45 anethesia doctors in our department, aging from 25-45, their patients were graded to ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ. Every operation lasts for2-3 hours. We divided doctors into three groups:the first group, day working doctors(9 hours); the second group, extra-working group, (12 hours); night working doctors (15hours). EEG acquisition equipment was HXD_I series multifunctional monitor produced by heilongjiang huaxiang technology company. EEG charicteristic extraction was completed by Beijing yifenghuatong technology limited company EEG small wave coping software.Separately collected EEG and managed indicators of brain station of three groups of anethesia doctors before and after working, including brain consumption, brain fatigue, brain sleepy.Statistical analysisWe use spss analysis software to do the analysis. Results were expressed by mean and standard. We use pared samples t test. P<0.05 means that difference was statistical significant. P<0.01 means that difference was greatly significant.ResultsSex and age of three groups have no significant, p>0.05.Brain consumption of three groups have no difference, and brain consumption after working has a big difference compared to before working. And the result has a great significance. P<0.01.Brain fatigue of three groups have no difference, but after working has a big significance compared to before working. P<0.01.brain sleepy indicator has no difference between 3 groups. But after working has a big difference compared to before working,p<0.01.Increasing range of brain consumption, brain fatigue, brain sleepy indicator of 3 groups will jump higher as working time prolong, especially in night working doctors.conclusionThere is a high relationship between the brain station of anethesia doctors and power of working. Along with the rise of working time and power of working, the difference will be more significant.
