In recent years, with the development and application of dental implant, dental implants had been considered the best solution that repairs the lack of a single tooth in stomatology. For the treatment of severe periodontitis, pathological changes between roots and furcation area, perpendicular fracture of posterior teeth, it is used that this method is the construction of the joint prosthesis model of dental implant and root bisection in clinical. However, few experts and scholars study this issue in oral biomechanics at present, especially the model. The paper is based on the surgical procedure of joint prosthesis of dental implant and root bisection. It contains all ceramic crown, periodontal ligament, post core, drill base, screw-type dental implant, half of the real teeth, root canal, spongy bone and bone cortex. And then it makes a research of restoration in biomechanics. By the method of medical imaging, the original data have been obtained. By CT scanning, the Data of DICOM is entered into reverse engineering software that you may carry out graphics operations and data processing. It gets the model of real teeth and mandible. Building up and assembling the model of implants and other organisms by using three-dimensional modeling, it has been entered the finite element software. The types of contact between different organisms are set by operators. Through the crown root ratio changed, simulation results demonstrate that the data provide reference for the better clinical management. What’s more, it is known to the distribution of stress and deformation around screw implant in two scenarios of the static load and dynamic load. It is obtained to the mechanics of the distribution of implant-bone interface and the assembly. With the change law of calculation and analysis of organisms around screw implant, we are recognized that the stress and deformation is minimum in the crown root ratio 0.8 1 cases. What’s more, according to the comparison of the static load and dynamic load, this result is also minimum in the extent of damage of mandible. According to calculation and analysis of the static load and dynamic load, patients should avoid eating hard food after surgery. They should chew the food within four seconds. In this way, it will furthest reduce the stress of implant denture. Furthermore, it will reduce the deformation of cancellous bone and improve the achievement ratio of operation.
